Agreement
By downloading or using 100Hero you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms conflict with Apple’s EULA on an App Store purchase, Apple’s EULA wins.
The app
100Hero is a private training app for iPhone and Apple Watch. The flagship is an adaptive path toward 100 clean continuous Push-Ups, Squats, or Sit-Ups. Other modules have their own destinations. Counting, voice, and Health features work only with the sensors and permissions you allow. The app is for general fitness. It is not a coach and not a medical device.
Not medical advice
100Hero does not diagnose, treat, or prevent injury. Talk to a physician before you start, especially if you have a condition, are pregnant, or have not trained recently. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You train at your own risk and inside your own limits.
Premium
Optional auto-renewing Premium (monthly or annual) unlocks the full system: every module, the full adaptive path, and full history. Prices appear in the app before you pay. We do not list prices here until a sandbox purchase and restore have been proven.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. A free trial, if offered, forfeits any unused days when you buy. Refunds are Apple’s.

Your data
History stays on your devices. Permitted workout data may also go to Apple Health. Health access is optional, category by category, and revocable. The Privacy Policy is the exact Health list. You back up local data with export or your device backup.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app or its assets, except as the law allows.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is,” to the maximum extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for injury from training, except where the law will not let us say that.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Using the app after a change is acceptance. We may retire a feature with reasonable notice. Because your data is local, retiring the app does not delete it.
