Agreement
By downloading or using 100Hero you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA prevails for App Store purchases.
The service
100Hero is a fitness app that guides you through a 100-workout progression across strength and wellness exercises, with automatic rep counting, heart-rate tracking, and on-device AI guidance. The app is provided for general fitness purposes only.
Not medical advice
100Hero does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised recently. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app and perform all exercises at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your limits.
Premium subscription
100Hero offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks premium features such as all exercise types, unlimited progression, full history, AI guidance, advanced analytics, and theme customization. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions at any time. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Your data
Your workout and health data is stored on your device — see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data using the app's export features or your device backup.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app, its content, or its audio and visual assets, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from your use of the app or performance of exercises. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice. Because your data is local, discontinuation of the app does not delete your data.
