Your body is the gym.
Build to 100.
Train toward 100 Push-Ups, Squats, or Sit-Ups in one clean set. 100Hero turns that destination into the next achievable session—with module-specific paths for pulling strength, holds, mobility, breath, focus, and cold.

Day 15 Many manageable sets now. One capable set later.
The one-set standard
A destination, not a feed.
The plan begins with manageable volume. Over time, the number of sets comes down while your one-set capacity rises. Planned recovery, deloads, and post-session feedback keep the next target grounded in the work you actually completed.
Increase the work while preserving control.
Turn accumulated volume into sustained output.
Meet the module’s performance standard.
Ten modules · ten clear destinations
Strength is the spine.
Control completes it.
Three modules carry the 100-repetition standard. Every other practice follows a goal appropriate to its discipline.
Push-Ups
Front-camera face-distance counting when supported, motion alternative, and tap fallback.
Squats
iPhone motion counting with Apple Watch assist and tap fallback.
Sit-Ups
Gyroscope counting with Apple Watch assist and tap fallback.
Pull-Ups
Includes a first-pull-up preparation path.
Plank
Timed sets, stability monitoring, cues, and rests.
Horse Stance
Progressive holds with stability and recovery structure.
Stretching
Technique library, interval sounds, and voice cues.
Meditation
Guided styles, interval chimes, and a separate streak.
Breathing
Power, Box, 4-7-8 Sleep, Coherent, and Custom.
Cold
Elapsed-time cues, optional temperature log, and safety guidance.
Adaptive, within boundaries
The next session listens.
Complete the work, rate the effort, record how it felt, and 100Hero can hold, advance, reduce, or rebaseline the next target. The system also respects recovery, pain signals, movement quality inputs when available, and recent workload.
Motivational and informational guidance only—not professional or medical advice.
Target completed. Effort elevated. Consolidate before advancing.
Apple Watch companion
Look less.
Know enough.
Start on iPhone. During the session, Apple Watch can show live heart rate, set context, and elapsed time, mirror haptics, and contribute motion-assist signals for Squats and Sit-Ups.
The iPhone remains the primary workout controller in the current beta.
